ANNOUNCEMENT: We do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Our office, warehouse, and couriers will be unavailable during the following public holiday dates: Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day & New Years Day. Any orders placed on these days, or AFTER cut-off on the day before, will be dispatched the following business day. Please allow a few more days for delivery during this high volume season to avoid disappointment. Please note that we are unable to cancel orders in processing. Most orders are made to order once the order is placed. The item is specifically made for you. We can offer sizing swaps, color or on occasion item swaps. If an item is no longer needed we can offer you a store credit.
If you are uncertain about an item please contact us for further information before placing the order. Otherwise, your order will dispatch and you will be allowed store credit only.
Items purchased on pre-order may take between 1-4 weeks to be delivered. Having a pre-order item amongst other items in your order will hold back the delivery. Email us at email@example.com if you would like to arrange an alternative. Please note: delivery dates included in the description of items are approximate and subject to change.
Our bandage items come from our overseas factories. Please note it takes about 7-10 days to reach our LA shipping warehouse. If you require bandage items sooner please contact us prior to placing your order as we can coordinate they ship warehouse direct via DHL.
NEXT DAY DELIVERY - US
We offer next day delivery for the US provided that the order is placed before 1 PM PST. Please check with our team at firstname.lastname@example.org to ensure your order can be covered by this service.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
Delivery is stated in BUSINESS days, and orders must be placed BEFORE 1 PM PST to be dispatched the same day.
In the event where a parcel is not claimed/refused by the receiver, The postal carrier will attempt re-delivery. If the postal carrier and/or our team is unable to arrange a re-delivery by carriers cut-off time, the parcel will be destroyed and abandoned by authorities in the receiver's country. Consequently, there will be no refunds for parcels that are not claimed or refused.
International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and customs fees that are levied once the package reaches the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the recipient.
All our international orders are shipped via USPS or DHL Express. Please note, FEMME is not responsible for any delays caused by postal carriers, especially during high volume seasons. However, these are the best delivery estimations available. Further, items purchased on pre-order are subject to varying shipping times.

FEMME IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES. THE CUSTOMER ASSUMES ALL RESPONSIBILITY ONCE A TRACKING NUMBER IS ISSUED. PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK THAT YOU INPUT THE CORRECT INFORMATION FOR SHIPPING PURPOSES. CUSTOMER PAYS FOR SHIPPING BOTH WAYS IF ITEM NEEDS TO BE SENT BACK.
Please note that clearance items may come defective with holes, snags, makeup marks, etc. Please read the items description first before purchasing it. We do not offer returns on any clearance and the defectiveness of the item may have been the reason why it was on sale.
CLEARANCE - SAMPLE - WAREHOUSE SALES
Please note that warehouse sales are stocked internationally. It takes about 2 weeks after the sale has ended for the item to land in our LA showroom. Therefore please note 3-6 week shipping time on all big holiday sales, sample sales, and warehouse sales. This time frame is only an estimate order can ship before or after this time frame.
Please do not combine sale items with other nonsale items to expedite your order as fast as possible. We should be able to ship these items in 3-6 weeks. Please note we are closed on Sat-Sun and do not ship on Holidays.
If you want your order to ship sooner please contact us prior to placing your order so we can quote you on shipping price and time. In this case, it will only take 3 business days to get your items to you from our international warehouse.
Please note that purchasing expedited shipping options prior to consulting us for sale or preorder will not expedite your order. You order will ship with the method chosen once its ready to ship. If you are uncertain about the shipping timeframe about a particular item, please contact us prior to making the purchase. We will advise on the estimated time frame and if you could purchase a shipping option to get the item to you on time.
Items refused or returned to sender will be sent back at the consumer's expense.
