Handling & Dispatch
All orders are subject to a 1–2 business day handling period before dispatch. Orders ship via UPS Ground (standard) or USPS Priority, with expedited options available at checkout.
Delivery estimates shown at checkout are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Femme LA is not liable for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or any circumstances beyond our control. Extended handling times may occur during peak periods including holidays and promotional events.

Overnight & Saturday Delivery
Overnight delivery is available for U.S. clients on orders placed before 11:00 AM Pacific Time. Orders received after this cutoff will be processed the following business day.
Saturday delivery is not guaranteed and must be confirmed before placing your order. Please contact our client support team to verify availability in advance.

International Shipping & Customs
International orders are shipped via DHL Express or UPS. Duties, customs taxes, and import fees are not collected at checkout and will be assessed and billed directly by the carrier upon arrival in the destination country.
The recipient is solely responsible for payment of all duties, taxes, and carrier-assessed fees. Femme LA is not responsible for any delays, holds, or additional charges incurred at customs.
Refusal to accept a delivery or refusal to pay applicable duties will result in the package being destroyed or disposed of by the carrier. Femme LA will not issue a refund, store credit, or replacement shipment under any such circumstances. By placing an international order, you accept these terms in full.
You are responsible for all duties and import fees. These charges are not collected at checkout and will be billed directly by the carrier. Refusing delivery or failing to pay duties will result in the package being destroyed — no refund or store credit will be issued.

Signature Confirmation & Redelivery
Signature confirmation upon delivery may be required. It is the client's responsibility to ensure availability at the delivery address. If a delivery attempt is missed, redelivery may be arranged directly through the carrier's website.
Packages returned to Femme LA due to a failure to claim within the carrier's allotted timeframe will result in a store credit for the item value, or the client may elect redelivery at their own expense. Femme LA does not issue cash or card refunds for unclaimed packages.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Femme LA is not responsible for delivery failures resulting from an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided at checkout. Packages returned due to address errors will be rearranged for redelivery at the client's expense. Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order.
