We ship via USPS Priority Mail. Insurance is available to SHIPTECTION an add on service you can add at checkout. Options for UPS express are available at checkout and based on order weight.
International FLAT RATE shipping is $29
We do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Our office, warehouse, and couriers will be unavailable during the following public holiday dates: Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day & New Years Day. Any orders placed on these days, or AFTER cut-off on the day before, will be dispatched the following business day. Please allow a few more days for delivery during this high volume season to avoid disappointment. We will continue to ensure your FEMME order gets to you ASAP, however, we do appreciate your patience!

Please note that we are unable to cancel orders in processing. Most orders are handmade to order once the order is placed. Meaning this item is specifically made for you. We can offer sizing swaps, color or on occasion item swaps. If an item is no longer needed we can offer you a store credit.
If you are uncertain about an item please contact us for further information before placing the order. Otherwise, your order will dispatch and you will be allowed store credit only.
Items refused or returned to sender will be sent back at the consumer's expense.

NEXT DAY DELIVERY - US
We offer next day delivery for the US provided that the order is placed before 1 PM PST. Please check with our team at email@example.com to ensure your order can be covered by this service. Please note purchasing next day delivery prior to speaking to us will not expedite a preorder but will ship with method chosen when the shoe is ready to ship.
Packages that are undeliverable for incorrect addresses, etc. Upon receipt of your package FEMME will contact you by email. Package can be reshipped at customers expense, if the item is no longer needed a store credit will be issued.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
In the event where a parcel is not claimed/refused by the receiver, The postal carrier will attempt re-delivery. If the postal carrier and/or our team is unable to arrange a re-delivery by carriers cut-off time, the parcel will be destroyed and abandoned by authorities in the receiver's country. Consequently, there will be no refunds for parcels that are not claimed or refused.
International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and customs fees that are levied once the package reaches the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the recipient.
