All items currently available for purchase on FEMME.LA are in stock and available for immediate shipping. Please allow up to 72 hours for processing, but we aim to ship orders within 24 business hours. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that for certain order values, signature confirmation may be required.

We ship via USPS Priority Mail and offer insurance as an add-on service at checkout. Options for UPS express are also available based on order weight. International flat-rate shipping is $29.

Please note that we do not ship on Sundays, or holidays. Our office, warehouse, and couriers will be unavailable during public holiday dates, and any orders placed on these days or after the cutoff time the day before will be dispatched the following business day. Please allow extra time for delivery during high volume seasons to avoid disappointment.

Please note that we are unable to cancel orders in processing. If you are uncertain about an item, please contact us for more information before placing your order. Otherwise, your order will dispatch, and you will be allowed store credit only. Items refused or returned to sender will be sent back at the consumer's expense.

For pre-order shipping policies, please refer to our website. We offer next-day delivery for the US if your order is placed before 1 PM PST. Please contact our team to ensure your order can be covered by this service.

Please note that international shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees that are levied once the package reaches the country of destination and are the recipient's responsibility.

You will receive an email when your order has shipped, and you can view your order online by logging into your account and selecting "Order History." Please note that FEMME is not responsible for lost packages unless you purchase insurance through Shiptection at checkout. If a parcel is undeliverable for any reason, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment at your expense or issue store credit if the item is no longer needed.
