1. RETURNS
We offer store credit only. By making a purchase, you agree to accept store credit for returns. Items purchased during shoe clearance sales are final and cannot be returned.
2. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Order cancellations will result in store credit only. We do not allow cancellations while orders are in progress.
3. SHIPPING
Please refer to our detailed shipping policy here. Please note we do not offer FREE shipping during Black Friday / Cyber Monday.
4. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
All orders are insured by FEMME LA. In the event that your package is lost, stolen, or damaged, you will be required to verify a claim in order to proceed with a replacement. Any items that are unavailable for replacement will be reimbursed in the form of store credit. Please notify FEMME LA immediately to report any discrepancies with your order.
5. CHARGEBACK POLICY
By agreeing to our Terms & Conditions, you consent not to initiate chargebacks or disputes with your credit card company, Amazon, PayPal, Afterpay, Sezzle, or any other payment method used. Non-compliance will result in the forfeiture of any and all credits, and may lead to possible legal and criminal action.
6. GENERAL AGREEMENT
By proceeding with a purchase, you agree to our shipping, returns, preorder, and all other policies available on the femme.la website.
7. BFCM Preorders.
During BFCM, we offer preorders on our best-selling styles to ensure everyone has the chance to secure their favorite pieces. Please note that preorder items will have an extended shipping timeline of 3–4 weeks.
