HOW TO SEND IN YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE

If you don’t like your item(s) for any reason (it didn’t fit, imperfection or it just clashes with your personality), simply send it back to us within 30 days. Use the above link to process your return/exchange.
STORE CREDIT ONLY. Once we get your returned goods we will issue a store gift card.
+ Shipping fees will not be credited unless you are returning something due to a mistake by us.
+ All Sale & Clearance Items are FINAL SALE - No Exceptions.
+ Processing returns take 7-10 days to process.
+ Custom Items cannot be exchanged or returned.
+ Restocking Fee Please note a 25% restocking fee may apply when applicable.
Please use the above return portal and follow the instructions below.
Please ensure that you pack the shoes back in the original packing form, including the heel tips, dust covers, and shoe tissue coverings, exactly as you received them. Failure to do so will void and nullify your return. Please note that removing the protective covering from the outsoles will also void your return, and you will be billed for the reshipment of your order.
Upon receipt of the return, we will issue a store credit, minus any shipping and insurance fees. You may use this credit code for exchanges. Please note that we do not process exchanges manually.
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us immediately, and we will send you a shipping label to return the item. Please note that you must contact us within three days of receipt to inform us of the issue and return the incorrect or damaged item within seven days.
Please note that incorrect or faulty items will not warrant a refund but will be replaced with the correct item. If the item is no longer needed, we will issue a credit note. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms and conditions. Any disputes or chargebacks opened with Amazon, Paypal, or your credit card company as a result of an error will be forfeited. Please note that any violation of these terms will result in legal and collection placement.
Lastly, please note that we are not liable or responsible for damages incurred by the consumer or damage caused by the consumer to go around store policies.
