Returns & Exchanges
If you don’t like your item(s) for any reason (it didn’t fit, imperfection or it just clashes with your personality), simply send it back to us within 14 days for a STORE CREDIT or EXCHANGE ONLY. Once we get your returned goods, we’ll send you a confirmation email exchange can take place immediately or we will issue an internal credit note to make an exchange at a later date if you like. Please note your internal credit note expires 60 days from the date of issuance.
+ Returns must be in original condition (this means unworn, unwashed & free from tanning or make-up stains with original tags & packaging).
+ Exchanges can be done by contacting us regarding a new item or by using your internal store credit. Once you contact us with the items we will bill you separately for shipping or any overages whenever applicable. Exchange processing and handling fees will apply. Please note preorder takes affect once again for all exchanges.
+ Shipping fees will not be credited unless you are returning something due to a mistake by us.
+ All Sale & Clearance Items are FINAL SALE - No Exceptions. This includes 50% off sales, Black Friday and Cyber Monday Deals.
+ Processing returns take up to 21 days to process, so please be a little patient with us.
+ Custom Items cannot be exchanged or returned.
+ Restocking Fee Please note a 25% restocking fee may apply when applicable.
+ Shoe Returns Return shoes in the same condition shipped. Our shoe boxes cannot ship two ways in a poly bag. Please ship them in a box with each heel in its dust cover. Shoes not returned in new conditions with scuffs on the outsoles or not packaged in brand new condition will incur a 25% off of your return. Preorder policy applies once shipping invoice is paid per whatever is listed on the site.
+ Return Shipping Fee Please you are responsible for return shipping to and from us. Upon receipt of your exchange or store credit purchase / request we will invoice for shipping. Shipping and processing domestically will incur a fee of $20. Signature confirmation upon delivery is required on all shipments. Store Credits can not be used towards shipping and processing fees.

RECEIVED THE INCORRECT ITEM?
If you received an incorrect or damaged item please contact us immediately to get a replacement sent out to you. We will send you a shipping label to have the faulty or incorrect item shipped back. Please note that you must contact us within 3 days after receipt to inform us that you received an incorrect or faulty item and return the incorrect or damaged item within 7 days.
Please also note that incorrect or faulty items will not warrant a refund, but will be replaced with the correct item. If the item is no longer needed we will then issue an internal credit note. You agree to these terms and conditions prior to placing the order. Please note these terms will forfeit any buyer disputes or chargebacks opened with Amazon, Paypal or your credit card company as a result of the error. Also, note that any violation of these terms will result in legal & collection placement.
DAMAGE BY CONSUMER
Due to the sensitive nature of some of our items. Any damage was done by trying on through the forceful fitting, tanning stains, perfume, deodorant marks, make up, shoe scuffs, etc. will not be subject to this policy. We do offer repairs for a fee. Please ensure you carefully put on and handle the garment with care to avoid unnecessary damage.
Customized items made to fit your measurements are not returnable for exchanges. We can have them tailored if needed for a fee.
EXCHANGE TIME FRAME
Most items are made to order. Exchange shipping times will be subject to preorder shipping time queue listed and advertised on the site.
Please note it is the customer's responsibility to fully fill out the returns form with necessary instructions. Consumer is responsible for shipping charges to and from us. Indicate return reason, exchange information (the item you wish to swap out for with sizing and color) with any updates to contact information. This includes return name and returns shipping address updates. If no updated shipping information is provided the package will go to address listed on your last order. We are not responsible for lost packages due to customers failing to provide updated contact information or providing incorrect information.
Once your return is received we will issue an internal credit note that you may use by emailing us with your order that we process manually. if no exchange information is indicated on the exchange form. Please also note that we will send you a shipping & processing invoice for your exchange. If you wish to provide a label please include it in your return package.
Please note store credits cannot be used with new sales, warehouse sales, etc.
