1. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OVERVIEW

By placing an order with FEMME LA, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with all applicable policies referenced herein. Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions carefully, including availability, style, color, size, and material, prior to completing a purchase.

FEMME LA reserves the right to update, amend, or modify these Terms and Conditions, as well as any related policies, at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the FEMME LA website or placement of an order following any such modifications shall constitute acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions. It is the responsibility of the customer to review the most current version prior to purchase.

 

2. RETURNS

All eligible returns will be issued as store credit. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to accept store credit as the sole method of reimbursement for returned merchandise. Items purchased during clearance or final sale events are not eligible for return or store credit.

 

3. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Order cancellation requests must be submitted prior to shipment. Once a shipping confirmation is issued, orders are considered processed and cannot be canceled. We do not allow cancellations for orders that are in progress, confirmed for shipment, or in transit. Any order cancellations that have not shipped will be issued store credit only. 

 

4. SHIPPING

All orders are subject to a one 1-2 two-business-day handling time. Orders are shipped via UPS Standard, with expedited shipping options available at checkout. Delivery estimates displayed at checkout are provided directly by the carrier and are not guaranteed; FEMME LA is not liable for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. Do not use Priority Mail as an expedited service; it is standard USPS shipping and is not considered expedited.

Overnight delivery is available via UPS Next Day Air® for U.S. clients when orders are placed by 2:00 PM Pacific Time. Orders placed after 2:00 PM Pacific Time will be processed the following business day. Clients requiring overnight Saturday delivery must contact our support team in advance to confirm availability.

International orders are shipped through DHL Express or UPS. Customs duties, taxes, and fees are not collected at checkout and will be billed separately by the carrier. The recipient is solely responsible for payment of all such fees. FEMME LA is not responsible for delays, holds, or fees incurred at customs.

 

5. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

All orders are insured by FEMME LA. In the event that your package is lost, stolen, or damaged, you will be required to verify a claim in order to proceed with a claim. Any all claims will be reimbursed in the form of store credit. Please notify FEMME LA immediately within 48 hours of any discrepancies in your order. 

 

6. CHARGEBACK POLICY

By completing a purchase with FEMME LA, you acknowledge and agree that you will not initiate chargebacks or payment disputes through your credit card provider or any other payment platform used to complete the transaction. Any attempt to circumvent FEMME LA’s policies through a chargeback or dispute will be considered a breach of these Terms and Conditions.

In the event of an unauthorized chargeback, FEMME LA reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account, revoke any issued credits, and pursue recovery of the full amount through lawful means, which may include collection efforts and legal proceedings. Fraudulent chargebacks may also be referred for criminal investigation.

 

7. RESERVE ITEMS

Select items may be offered through Reserve to ensure clients can secure the pair they want. Items available for Reserve will be clearly indicated by a Reserve button at checkout, in place of the standard Add to Cart button, and within the product description. Estimated ship dates for Reserve items will also be listed in the product description. By completing a Reserve purchase, you acknowledge and agree to our shipping, returns, preorder, and all other applicable policies available on the femme.la website.

10. Terms & Conditions / BFCM Disclaimer:
Clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or store credit.

Some items may ship after the sale. We are working to get as many orders out as possible, but we released an incoming shipment early so you could use your BFCM code on this new stock. Because this shipment is still being unloaded and sorted, certain items may not ship until the first or second week of December.

Please note: carriers are extremely busy during BFCM, and delays are normal across all shipping services.
