01 Log in to your Femme LA account using the same email address linked to your original order.
02 Add your items and proceed to checkout.
03 At the payment step, click Alternate payment options.
04 Select Apply store credit and complete your order.

What is store credit?

Store credit is a balance tied to your account that can be applied at checkout toward any future purchase. It works like a gift card and will automatically reduce your order total when applied.

How do I earn store credit?

Store credit is issued through approved returns, customer service resolutions, and select promotional offers. All approved returns are issued as store credit only — we do not offer cash refunds.

How do I check my balance?

Log in to your Femme LA account and visit your account dashboard. Your current store credit balance will be displayed there.

What if my order total is less than my balance?

No problem — any remaining credit stays in your account and is available for your next purchase. It never expires.

Can I combine store credit with a discount code?

Yes, store credit can typically be combined with discount codes and promotional offers unless otherwise noted at the time of the promotion.

Can I transfer my store credit?

Store credit is non-transferable and can only be used by the account it was issued to. It cannot be gifted or moved to another account.

Can I get a cash refund instead?

Store credit cannot be converted to cash under any circumstances. All approved returns are fulfilled exclusively as store credit.
