Returns & Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your item for any reason, including fit or personal preference, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery through our Returns Portal. All approved returns are issued as store credit only. Store credit is applied to your customer account once your return is received and approved.
Exchanges are processed by placing a new order using your issued store credit. We do not offer direct exchanges.
Eligibility
Items must be returned new, unworn, and in original condition, including all original packaging, accessories, and protective coverings. Footwear must be repacked neatly and placed inside a proper outer shipping box.
Returns that are worn, damaged, missing components, or improperly packaged may be refused, subject to a restocking fee, or returned to the customer at their expense. Items received in unacceptable condition will not qualify for store credit.
All items are inspected prior to shipment. Do not attempt to alter or damage items in order to qualify for a return. Any items determined to be intentionally damaged will be refused and may result in denial of return eligibility.
Store Credit
Store credit is issued once your return is received and approved. Store credit is non-refundable and cannot be converted to cash. Issuance of store credit fulfills Femme LA’s obligation for returned merchandise.
Fees & Final Sale
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part. A restocking fee may apply where applicable.
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange: sale and clearance items, custom items, and made-to-order items.
Processing Time
Returns are processed within 2–4 business days after receipt. Processing times may increase during high-volume periods such as holidays and promotional events.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery. A prepaid return label will be issued, and the item must be shipped back within 7 days of approval. Eligible items will be replaced with the correct style or, if unavailable, store credit will be issued.
Return Shipping & Liability
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated. Femme LA is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages in transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Wear & Warranties
Femme LA is not responsible for damage caused by wear, misuse, improper handling, or normal signs of use. We do not offer warranty on any worn pair. If damage arises from use, please consult a local cobbler for repairs.
Seasonal variations in outsole or insole color may occur, and product images may vary slightly from current production.
Policy Enforcement
By placing an order, you agree to this return policy. Returns or chargebacks submitted outside of this policy may be denied and may result in forfeiture of store credit eligibility.
