Femme LA products are handmade — slight variations in color, finish, or texture are natural characteristics of the product and are not considered defects.

Keep footwear clean and dry after each wear. Avoid prolonged exposure to heat, direct sunlight, rain, or moisture. Vegan leather surfaces should be wiped gently with a soft, dry cloth or enclosed wet wipe. Do not use harsh chemicals, solvents, or alcohol-based products on the material.

Heels should not be worn on abrasive surfaces, flooring with imperfections, or in environments where the heel may become caught — such as escalator grooves, cobblestones, or uneven pavement. Use caution when walking, removing, or adjusting footwear to minimize the risk of damage.

Vegan leather, while durable, is not as resilient as traditional leather. Avoid wearing Femme LA footwear in clubs, poolside settings, wet conditions, on soil or grass, or in any environment involving exposure to liquids, alcohol, or oils, as these may compromise the material and finish.

Heel tips are a wear item and will naturally deteriorate with use. We include spare heel tips in every Femme LA box — take these to your local cobbler for installation when needed. Do not wait until the heel tip is fully worn through, as this can cause damage to the heel structure itself.

All heel repairs, tip replacements, and sole work must be carried out by a professional cobbler. Attempting repairs at home may cause further damage and will void any eligibility for consideration under our policies.

Femme LA does not offer warranties on worn footwear. We are not responsible for damage caused by wear, misuse, improper handling, exposure to unsuitable environments, or failure to follow care instructions.

If damage occurs from regular use, we recommend consulting a local cobbler for assessment and repair. Many common issues — including heel tip wear, sole separation, and surface scuffs — can be resolved professionally.
