By placing an order with Femme LA, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with all applicable policies referenced herein. Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all product descriptions prior to completing a purchase. Femme LA is not responsible for purchases made without due diligence.

Femme LA reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

All eligible returns are issued as store credit only. Cash refunds or card reversals are not available under any circumstances. Items marked as clearance, final sale, custom, or made-to-order are not eligible for return. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery through our Returns Portal.

Cancellation requests must be submitted prior to shipment. Once a shipping confirmation has been issued, the order cannot be cancelled or modified. Approved cancellations are issued as store credit only.

All orders have a 1-2 business day handling period before dispatch. Overnight delivery is available for U.S. orders placed before 11:00 AM Pacific Time. International orders are shipped via DHL Express or UPS. Duties and customs fees are not collected at checkout and are the recipient's sole responsibility.

All orders are insured. Claims require carrier verification before review. All approved claims are issued as store credit only. Stolen or damaged claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Lost package claims may be filed no earlier than 20 days after shipment. All claims must be submitted within 30 days of shipment.

By completing a purchase, you agree not to initiate chargebacks where Femme LA's policies have been followed. Any chargeback filed in circumvention of Femme LA's policies constitutes a breach of these Terms. Femme LA reserves the right to suspend accounts, revoke store credits, and pursue recovery through lawful means.

Reserve and preorder items ship once available. Made-to-order items take 8-12 weeks. Reserve, preorder, and made-to-order items are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.

All footwear is sized in European sizing. Customers are responsible for reviewing the Size Guide before purchase. Slight variations in color or finish are natural characteristics and not considered defects.

Femme LA does not offer warranties on worn footwear. Pre-wear issues must be reported within 3 days of delivery. Heel maintenance must be handled by a professional cobbler.

Femme LA's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming. Customers agree to contact hello@femme.la to seek resolution before initiating formal legal proceedings.
