We hope you love your FEMME LA purchase, but if you need to make a change, you have 30 days from your purchase date to start a return or exchange through our Returns Portal. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and in their original packaging — including undamaged shoe boxes and dust bags. Shoes should only be tried on carpet to avoid scuffs. US customers will receive a return label; international customers can use a carrier of their choice and should email hello@femme.la for instructions.
All returns are issued as store credit. Sale items are final sale, and shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made a mistake. Returns are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive your item. A 25% restocking fee may apply in certain cases. Exchanges are also handled through store credit — once your return is processed, you can use your credit toward your next pair.
Incorrect or Defective Items
If you receive the wrong item or something arrives defective, please contact us within 30 days. We’ll send you a prepaid label and replace the item or issue store credit once it’s returned.
Additional Notes
Unauthorized chargebacks will forfeit your claim. Slight seasonal color variations may occur; contact us before ordering if you’re concerned. We are not responsible for damage caused by attempts to bypass our return policy.

For orders within the US under $199, a shipping fee will be charged. However, all orders over $199 domestically will be delivered for free, allowing you to save on shipping costs and enjoy complimentary delivery.
For international customers, orders above $199 will receive a complimentary flat rate shipping option of $39.

All orders can be returned within 30 days. Once we have received the returned order, the refund will be processed within 2-3 business days.
