Please note that most of our heels are handmade to order. While we may have stock of certain styles in your size available for immediate shipping, please contact us via chat or email to confirm availability prior to placing an order.

Due to the high demand from celebrities and influencers, most of our popular styles sell out quickly, not allowing everyone to purchase their desired item. Preordering allows everyone the chance to snag our hottest sellers. However, please note that preorders may take up to 16 weeks with COVID-related delays. We will post updates when restrictions are lifted, and preorder times are reduced significantly. Contact us beforehand for clarification on preorder times.

Please refrain from placing orders for shoes with the expectation of next-day delivery unless speaking to us prior to confirming availability. If you choose that shipping option, it will ship with the chosen method once the item arrives at our shipping warehouse. Occasionally, heels may come out of production and sit at our international warehouse, awaiting shipping to the US. In such cases, we can offer upgraded shipping at an additional cost.
