SHOE SIZING
Please note the below shoe sizing conversion will vary from our FEMME Shoe Collection. Please email us prior to placingorder for assistance.

Bust Measurement
Thread tape measure under arms, across shoulder blades at the back and around the fullest part of the bust at front. Relax arms at sides while keeping the tape parallel with the floor. This is your bust measurement. If this measurement falls on the ½ inch, round up.
Waist Measurement
Bend to one side to find the natural indentation in the torso. This is your natural waist. Run tape around natural waistline, keeping tape parallel with the floor and one finger between body and tape for a more comfortable fit.
Hip Measurement
Stand on a level surface with feet together. Measure around fullest part of hips and bottom (approximately 7" - 9" below waistline), keeping tape parallel with floor.
Thigh Measurement
Stand with heels apart and measure around fullest part of thigh (approximately 1" below crotch), keeping tape parallel with floor.

SHIPPING CARRIER
We ship via USPS Priority Mail with Signature Confirmation. Options for USPS express are available at checkout and based on order weight. We also ship via UPS.
International FLAT RATE shipping is $20 you also have USPS and DHL options at checkout calculated by order weight.
HOLIDAY DELAYS
We do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Our office, warehouse, and couriers will be unavailable during the following public holiday dates: Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day & New Years Day. Any orders placed on these days, or AFTER cut-off on the day before, will be dispatched the following business day. Please allow a few more days for delivery during this high volume season to avoid disappointment. We will continue to ensure your FEMME order gets to you ASAP, however, we do appreciate your patience!

ORDER CANCELLATIONS:
Please note that we are unable to cancel orders for processing. Most orders are made to order once the order is placed. The item is specifically made for you. We can offer sizing swaps, color or on occasion item swaps. If an item is no longer needed we can offer you a store credit.
If you are uncertain about an item please contact us for further information before placing the order. Otherwise, your order will dispatch and you will be allowed store credit only.
Items refused or returned to sender will be sent back at the consumer's expense.

NEXT DAY DELIVERY - US
We offer next day delivery for the US provided that the order is placed before 1 PM PST. Please check with our team at hello@femme.la to ensure your order can be covered by this service.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
In the event where a parcel is not claimed/refused by the receiver, The postal carrier will attempt re-delivery. If the postal carrier and/or our team is unable to arrange a re-delivery by carriers cut-off time, the parcel will be destroyed and abandoned by authorities in the receiver's country. Consequently, there will be no refunds for parcels that are not claimed or refused.
International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and customs fees that are levied once the package reaches the country of destination, and are theresponsibility of the recipient.
All our international orders are shipped via USPS or DHL Express. Please note, FEMME is not responsible for any delays caused by postal carriers, especially during high volume seasons. However, these are the best delivery estimations available. Further, items purchased on pre-order are subject to varying shipping times.

FEMME IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PACKAGES. THE CUSTOMER ASSUMES ALL RESPONSIBILITY ONCE A TRACKING NUMBER IS ISSUED. YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO SIGN FOR PACKAGE. PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK THAT YOU INPUT THE CORRECT INFORMATION FOR SHIPPING PURPOSES. CUSTOMER PAYS FOR SHIPPING BOTH WAYS IF ITEM NEEDS TO BE SENT BACK.
BASICS COLLECTION SHIPPING TIME
Are made to order. Shipping times can take 7-14 days.
Please ensure to read preorder status on all shoes. Each shoe sells out instantly when stock lands. Therefore, we are making shoes to order right after the order is placed. Shoes go into production almost immediately (within 6 hours).
Subtle changes in size or color can be done while processing.
Initial orders when a shoe launch can take up to12 weeks to ship. Emails us prior to placing an order to confirm time frame.
If you no longer need the shoe please contact us and we can cancel the order and issue a store credit or exchange only.
Please do not place orders for shoes expecting next day delivery, unless speaking to us prior to confirm availability. If you chose that shipping option it will ship with the chosen method once the item hits our shipping warehouse.
Please note that you agree to the terms and conditions of this shoe policy set forth when you place your order (our credit card processor has been notified about shipping policy regarding these particular items). Chargebacks or disputes will be contested and sent to collections with attorney's fees being added onto the collection amount.
