SHOE SIZING

Please use the chat feature so we can assist you with sizing and international conversions.  Shoes are stamped with Euro sizing but are US sized. They will not reflect typical conversion

Due to international variances in sizing and the way our heels fit please do contact via chat or email prior to placing your order so we may assist you in finding the perfect size.

Our heels run true to American size. With that being said they do run narrow. We do not carry half sizes. If you're in between sizes or your foot runs on the wider side we suggest ordering the next whole size up. 

Please do not rely on conversion charts found on Google. If you are an international customer we suggest holding off on placing any order so we may speak to you prior to ensure we find the perfect fit. 

The minimalistic nature of some of our heels may require us to assist you as well in finding the perfect fit.  

PRODUCT CARE

FEMME LA strongly recommends that our customers consult a professional shoemaker for specific care advice.

In order to keep your FEMME LA products in good condition, we advise following the below care instructions:

Ensure you peel off the clear protective membrane that covers the entire outsole prior to use. You may need to air out heels to release any orders associated with materials or dyes used. 

Heels are handmade therefore their may be differences or variances. If you do find threading on laces for the Luce or other styles you can just cut the excess thread with sharp sheers, this is not an error or fault in the heel due to their handmade nature. 

Vegan heels although durable are not as durable as leather materials. Clubbing, pool parties, or wild night out may not be the best options for these heels. Keep that in mind but nonetheless if you do decide to wear them please do ensure to avoid liquor or any water substance on the heels. Avoid walking on grass or soil surfaces. 

Heel tips are provided in your shoe box along with a dust cover.

We do not cover replacements from improper use or damage while wear.

All heels are hand made to order, ethically made and cruelty free. 

Most heels are handmade to order. We may have stock of certain styles in your size for immediate shipping so please contact us prior to placing an order via chat or by email to confirm immediate availability.

With that being said most orders will need to be made. Due to celebrity or influencer wear most of our heels would sell out not giving everyone the opportunity to purchase the item they love. This gives everyone the chance snag our hottest sellers. 

PREORDERS CAN TAKE UP TO 16 WEEKS WITH COVID DELAYS. Once restrictions are lifted (we will post updates here) preorder times will be reduced significantly.  Once again please contact us prior to placing order for preorder time. 

Express Shipping on Preorders

Please do not place orders for shoes expecting next day delivery, unless speaking to us prior to confirm availability. If you chose that shipping option it will ship with the chosen method once the item arrives at our shipping warehouse. Occasionally heels may come out of production but sit at our international warehouse awaiting shipping to the US. We can offer upgrade shipping at an additional cost in these instances please contact us beforehand.

Please note that you agree to the terms and conditions of this shoe policy set forth when you place your order (our credit card processor has been notified about shipping policy regarding these particular items). Chargebacks or disputes will be contested and sent to collections with attorney's fees being added onto the collection amount.
