SHOE SIZING
Please note the above shoe sizing conversion will vary from our FEMME Shoe Collection. Please email us prior to placing order for assistance.

Bust Measurement
Thread tape measure under arms, across shoulder blades at the back and around the fullest part of the bust at front. Relax arms at sides while keeping the tape parallel with the floor. This is your bust measurement. If this measurement falls on the ½ inch, round up.
Waist Measurement
Bend to one side to find the natural indentation in the torso. This is your natural waist. Run tape around natural waistline, keeping tape parallel with the floor and one finger between body and tape for a more comfortable fit.
Hip Measurement
Stand on a level surface with feet together. Measure around fullest part of hips and bottom (approximately 7" - 9" below waistline), keeping tape parallel with floor.
Thigh Measurement
Stand with heels apart and measure around fullest part of thigh (approximately 1" below crotch), keeping tape parallel with floor.

SHIPPING CARRIER
We ship via USPS standard first class mail on all FREE SHIPPING orders. Options for USPS priority, express are available at checkout and based on order weight. We also ship via UPS or FED EX.
International FLAT RATE shipping is $20 you also have USPS, UPS and DHL options at checkout calculated by order weight.
HOLIDAY DELAYS
We do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Our office, warehouse, and couriers will be unavailable during the following public holiday dates: Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day & New Years Day. Any orders placed on these days, or AFTER cut-off on the day before, will be dispatched the following business day. Please allow a few more days for delivery during this high volume season to avoid disappointment. We will continue to ensure your ANTIDOTE order get’s to you ASAP, however, we do appreciate your patience!

ORDER CANCELLATIONS:
Please note that we are unable to cancel orders for processing. Most orders are made to order once the order is placed. The item is specifically made for you. We can offer sizing swaps, color or on occasion item swaps. If an item is no longer needed we can offer you a store credit.
If you are uncertain about an item please contact us for further information before placing the order. Otherwise, your order will dispatch and you will be allowed store credit only.
Items refused or returned to sender will be sent back at the consumer's expense.
PRE-ORDER SHIPPING
Items purchased on pre-order may take between 1-4 weeks to be delivered. Having a pre-order item amongst other items in your order will hold back the delivery. Email us at hello@femme.la if you would like to arrange an alternative. Please note: delivery dates included in the description of items are approximate and subject to change. Please refer to our preorder shipping policies.
BANDAGE ITEMS
Our bandage items come from our overseas factories. Please note it takes about 7-10 days to reach our LA shipping warehouse. If you require bandage items sooner please contact us prior to placing your order as we can coordinate they ship warehouse direct via DHL.
NEXT DAY DELIVERY - US
We offer next day delivery for the US provided that the order is placed before 1 PM PST. Please check with our team at hello@femme.la to ensure your order can be covered by this service.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
In the event where a parcel is not claimed/refused by the receiver, The postal carrier will attempt re-delivery. If the postal carrier and/or our team is unable to arrange a re-delivery by carriers cut-off time, the parcel will be destroyed and abandoned by authorities in the receiver's country. Consequently, there will be no refunds for parcels that are not claimed or refused.
International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and customs fees that are levied once the package reaches the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the recipient.
All our international orders are shipped via USPS or DHL Express. Please note, FEMME is not responsible for any delays caused by postal carriers, especially during high volume seasons. However, these are the best delivery estimations available. Further, items purchased on pre-order are subject to varying shipping times.

You will receive an e-mail informing you that the order has shipped. Information about any back ordered or canceled items will be included in a separate email. FEMME IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES. THE CUSTOMER ASSUMES ALL RESPONSIBILITY ONCE A TRACKING NUMBER IS ISSUED. PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK THAT YOU INPUT THE CORRECT INFORMATION FOR SHIPPING PURPOSES. CUSTOMER PAYS FOR SHIPPING BOTH WAYS IF ITEM NEEDS TO BE SENT BACK.
CLEARANCE - SAMPLE - WAREHOUSE SALES
Please note that warehouse sales are stocked internationally. It takes about 2 weeks after the sale has ended for the item to land in our LA showroom. Therefore please note 3-6 week shipping time on all big holiday sales, sample sales, and warehouse sales. This time frame is only estimated orders can ship before or after this time frame. Please do not combine sale items with other on sale items to expedite your order as fast as possible. We should be able to ship these items in 3-6 weeks.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING
Please note that purchasing expedited shipping options prior to consulting us for sale or preorder will not expedite your order. You order will ship with the method chosen once its ready to ship. If you are uncertain about the shipping timeframe for a particular item, please contact us prior to making the purchase. We will advise on the estimated time frame and if you could purchase a shipping option to get the item to you on time.
BASICS COLLECTION SHIPPING TIME
Please note with the high demand of our basics collection and them being made to order. There is about at a 2-4-week wait for goods to made and processed for shipping. Please contact us prior to placing an order if we can expedite your order.
50% OFF SALE (NYE Sale)
These sale items will ship 4-6 weeks from order date. Items may ship sooner but this is our current wait time as EVERYTHING is made to order.
Order Modifications
Please note once an order is placed modifications may take place but there is no guarantee that we are able to fulfill the request. You will need to send back the item once you receive and exchange it. Due to heavy shipping times, these requests are about a 50/50 chance.

Please ensure to read preorder status on all shoes. Each shoe sells out instantly when stock lands. Therefore, we are making shoes to order right after the order is placed. Shoes go into production almost immediately.
Subtle changes in size or color can be done while processing.
Initial orders when a shoe launches can take up to 8 weeks to ship. Older shoe styles will process and be made quicker within 2-4 weeks.
If you no longer need the shoe please contact us and we can cancel the order and issue a store credit or exchange only.
Please do not place orders for shoes expecting next day delivery. If you chose that shipping option it will ship with chosen method once the item hits our shipping warehouse.
